Zinivita

Third planet out from New Earth, Zinivita is a pleasure and recreation escape. The colonized areas are filled with casinos and bars, nightclubs, spas, and brothels. Corruption is rampant and the mob that rules Little Ukraine in Kin City has an iron grip on all the goings on of Zinivita.

In order to get there, you must book passage on special ships that can break through the electromagnetic field of New Earth, hop a freighter, or find a ship capable of traveling there. The vacation cruise ships are the easiest, but travel to Zinivia isn't easy, but it's very much worth the trip.
